This organization was formed in 2008 by a group of healers in the United States that were interested in healing and empowering their communities around the world. They united their resources and formed an organization called 256 Healing Arts, which is a network of healers from many different back grounds, modalities, and disciplines. Let your Health be your Wealth and let Knowledge be your Power. This website is designed to educate people about various healing methods, provide access to online workshops and training, as well as connecting people directly to Healers dedicated to the empowerment of our Global Community. On Saturday, April 30, 2022 from 12:00pm -5pm, Chief Awosanmi Sekou Alaje and the 256 Healing Arts family celebrated the grand opening of the 256 Healing Center located at 1393 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, NY. The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Grand Opening Celebration featured cultural performances, healing workshops, family friendly activities and cultural retail experience open and free to the community!
